Introduction to Council Grants
Are you new to the Council, or would like a refresher about our grant guidelines and available grants? The Council offers this series monthly to introduce the Grant program guidelines, give examples of what we fund, talk about any special initiatives and to answer any general eligibility questions.

What is the CDP & Why Do We Participate?
On a quarterly basis, the Council will present this webinar discussing what the CDP is, why we participate as a funder and a user, and how the data is used in review and for case-making.

Online Form Demo
Are you unfamiliar with the Council's online forms? Unclear about the difference between a planning & a project grant?  Are you unsure what attachments you need for your application?

Lauren Kushnick will present this 30 min webinar, followed by a 15 min Q&A offering a step-by-step demo of how to browse and how to fill out our online application forms.

Grant Workshop at the 2012 Conference on New York State History

The 33rd annual conference will be held at Niagara University on June 14-16, 2012.  Lauren Kushnick, Manager of Grants and Technology, will be holding a workshop on Friday, June 16th from 10:30am-11:00am.

The Conference on New York State History is an annual meeting of historians, librarians, archivists, educators, and community members who are interested in the history, people, and culture of New York State and who want to share information and ideas about historical research and programming.  More >
