Exhibition Opening "Chief Executives on the Village Green: St. Paul's and the Presidents"

Please join us for the opening of a new, Council-funded exhibition, "St. Paul's and the Presidents," which explores the interesting connections of five Presidents -- Washington, John Adams, John Quincy Adams, Lincoln and F.D.R. -- to St. Paul's. Presidents Washington, Lincoln and F.D.R. are also scheduled to be on hand, plus demonstrations in recognition of February as African American History Month -- special activities for children.

Directions:
By public transportation: Take the #5 IRT to the last stop, in the Bronx, Dyre Ave. Walk north to Dyre, right on E. 233rd Street, walking east, left on Provost Ave., walking north, becomes S. 3rd Ave. in Mt. Vernon, and then right at Stop sign onto S. Columbus Ave. Walk from Dyre stop to St. Paul's is 10-15 minutes. By car: Exit 7, the Boston Road, off the Hutchinson River Parkway, and follow directional signs to the site. Free parking is available at the site.
